Erika Backberg, NBC-HWC, founded Mo Mo Monocle to serve as the unofficial Chief Well-Being Officer of the planet. Since 2003, she’s worked with high-achieving disruptors curious about thriving.

While many of the leaders Erika partners with are founders and executives, regenerative leadership is not defined solely by hierarchy. It lives wherever responsibility meets consequence — in organizations, in families, in bodies navigating transition.

Leadership is a Relationship to Responsibility.

Trained in cultural humility and practicing through a trauma-informed lens, Erika offers fractional leadership support, strategic advisory, and one-on-one coaching for mission-driven leaders seeking more sustainable ways to live and work.

Her approach centers healing justice, regenerative health, and collective care, drawing from functional and ancestral health practices to support whole-person wellbeing.

Through a bespoke co-creation process, Erika partners with each leader to strengthen their health, generate thoughtful solutions to complex work and life challenges, and design personalized systems that restore energy rather than drain it. The result is a way of living and leading that supports both individual well-being and the collective ecosystems people are part of.
