Erika Backberg

Founder

DESIGN STRATEGist

As a Regenerative Systems Designer, Ethnographic Researcher (field sociologist), and macro Impact Solutions Strategist, Erika Backberg wants to leave this planet better than how she found it. Applying bespoke design strategies, Erika has helped teams in multiple industries: successfully defend clients on death row, create internationally acclaimed youth education media content, divert thousands of tons of waste materials through designing & implementing international community-based sustainability programs, for Target, Honda, Levis, Wieden + Kennedy, and much more.

Eric Nigg

Creative Director

When Eric Nigg discovered that 60 and 100 was the same amount of time on a microwave, it sparked an endless quest for imaginative thought. Following college, Eric toured as a stand-up comedian and wrote live multi-media sketch shows. The instant reaction from audiences (or lack thereof…) gave Eric insightful feedback into what makes creative ideas successful. Eric honed this skill into creating three short films screened at Festival De Cannes, landing script deals with MTV, Sony, FX Network, and Comedy Central, along with writing a Super Bowl commercial for Careerbuilder.com.
