For over twenty years, Erika Backberg has designed growth strategies for institutions worldwide. Starting her impactful career in education, Erika produced an award-winning watershed computer game. Then, she jumped into SPNN, creating a media literacy curriculum that taught inner-city kids how to produce their own documentaries. From legal defense innovations to redefining environmental stewardship for titans like Target, Honda, and Levi's, Erika’s ability to dive into any industry and effectively apply her use of design thinking makes her the Swiss Army Knife of growth.
Eric Nigg
Creative
Following college, Eric Nigg toured as a stand-up comedian and wrote live multi-media sketch shows. The instant reaction from audiences (or lack thereof…) gave Eric insightful feedback on what makes creative ideas successful. Eric honed this skill in creating three short films screened at Festival De Cannes, landing script deals with MTV, Sony, FX Network, and Comedy Central, and writing a Super Bowl commercial for Careerbuilder.com.
