Its cuisine accomplished a unique seasonal farm-to-fork menu thanks to its close relationships with California farmers, fishermen, and ranchers. Eco Caters started as a small family-owned company and expanded into a multi-million dollar business with offices in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Washington D.C..

My wife and I started a small family catering company, and we knew nothing about social media.
